Cancellation fees
The cancellation fee means the agreed contractual fine.
- Orders cancelling
- If an order is cancelled 1 to 3 days (inclusive) before the accommodation is to take place, the cancellation fee amounts to 100 % of the price of services ordered.
- If an order is cancelled 4-30 days (inclusive) before the accommodation is to take place, the cancellation fee amounts to 70 % of the price of services ordered.
- If an order is cancelled more than 30 days before the accommodation is to take place, no cancellation fee is charged.
Cancellation shall be made via a written notification stating that the relevant stay or order is cancelled. The notification of cancellation shall be signed by the customer´s authorised person. The notification of cancellation shall be sent via fax to: 032/7484902 or scanned via e-mail to: recepcia@hotelmagnus.sk, or e-mail address of the person, with whom the customer communicated regarding the specific booking. If the notification of cancellation does not have the stated particulars or if it is not notified in the prescribed method, the cancellation is void and ineffective.
